Training on Food Safety Managing Systems

On 7th of  July 2018 Bridge-Innovation and Development  organized training for Telavi municipality  Kindergartens’  staff  members  on the following topic:  Best Manufacturing Practice; Personal Hygiene; Five Key Principles for Safety Food.The aim of the training was to support practical establishment of food safety managing systems through awareness raising and development of necessary skills for enterprise staff. At the training participants discussed requirements for best manufacturing practice, the basic course included presentations, group work and videos. For the successful completion of the following training course BRIDGE awarded participants with certificates

For permanent development of Georgian enterprises BRIDGE offers Food Safety Systems Basic Course, the training syllabus of  this course was  prepared in accordance with government order  on approval technical regulations about  “Food/Animal Food Hygiene general rules”  and Food/Animal Food  Hygiene Simplified rules”.
